Endowment fund investment and management including making legitimate therefrom

This is related to promoting the advancement of education, learning and research for the benefit of the public and for future development of the University of Nairobi in furtherance of its vision and mission.
Protecting sensitive partner financial information.
Supporting program innovation and the discovery of new ideas.
Promoting and supporting the University.
Advocating for the role and importance of philanthropy at the institution and beyond. Generating philanthropic support for students, faculty, research, academic, and vocational programs.
Shall be custodian of the University Assets and shall hold in trust university assets. The certificate of incorporation shall vest in the body corporate all movable and immovable property and any interest therein belonging to or held by any person or persons for the benefit of the University.
